Recipe: Spicy Garlic Ramen with field&flower Crispy Pork Belly

We've collaborated with field&flower, the award-winning British free-range meat and fish delivery service, to bring you our most tempting recipe yet. Crispy pork belly combined with our Spicy Garlic Ramen, this quick and easy recipe is perfect for recreating restaurant quality flavours at home. Serves 2. 

This recipe uses one Kabuto Noodles Spicy Garlic Meal Kit.

 

What you'll need

1 Kabuto Spicy Garlic Meal Kit

1 field&flower Crispy Pork Belly

1 Pak choi head

1 Can of sweetcorn 

2 Eggs

Spring onions, to garnish

Sesame seeds, to garnish

Preparation

Place the pork belly in the oven according to the packet instructions.

Prep and wash your pak choi. In a saucepan, cook your noodles according to the packet instructions. Add your pak choi with the noodles. 

Boil your eggs for five minutes (for soft boiled), once cooked immediately place in iced water. Meanwhile cook your corn.

Plate your ramen and top with the pak choi, corn and cooked pork belly. Sprinkle over spring onions, sesame seeds and the seasoning mix.
