It’s no secret I love Ramen and I’m really enjoying the Chicken Ramen noodz from @kabuto_noodles so I thought i would whip up a bowl of noodles and pimp it with some Smoked Korean BBQ Sausage from @sosij_uk .
It’s absolutely banging and whilst I held back from making my own broth this time, I found the seasoning to be spot on and the ginger comes through nicely. The mellow spices from the broth and Smokey heat from the sausage always puts a smile on my face.
Topped off with chillies, Pak Choi and a soft boiled egg, this was too nice and had I planned this accordingly, a jammy soy egg would’ve been even better (those are indulgent AF).
